Compress a batch of PDFs, combine documents or reorganize pages in one desktop workflow. PDF Manager processes documents on your own computer, without uploading them to a cloud service.

What you can do

• Compress PDFs in batches with a selectable target DPI.
• Merge documents and split PDFs in three ways.
• Delete, reorder and rotate pages.
• Open password-protected PDFs when you provide the password.

Designed to preserve your files

If compression would produce a file of the same size or larger, PDF Manager keeps the original bytes. Output is written to a temporary file and finalized after validation. Diagnostic logs contain no PDF content or file paths.

Free and Pro

Free compresses up to five files per batch. Pro removes that limit for US$5 per month, with cancellation available anytime.

Subscribe from the in-app Pro panel. Checkout is handled by Creem, which emails a license key. Paste it into the same panel to activate. One device per key; release it in-app to move to another machine. The itch.io download does not include a Pro subscription.

Choose your download

• Windows: Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
• macOS: macOS 10.15 or later, Intel x86_64. Apple Silicon requires Rosetta 2.

Current downloads: macOS 1.0.0-rc.15; Windows 1.0.0-rc.16. These are release candidates. The macOS app starts in English and supports switching to Chinese, with your choice saved across restarts.

Before installing

The Windows build is unsigned; the macOS build is not Developer ID signed or notarized. Your system may warn or block opening it. Verify your download source and checksum before installing.
